Provisional Tax
Provisional taxes are due at the end of this month, you should have received an email on the requirements. Be sure to get these to us early so that we can assist you in structuring if need be. Those top-up RA payments are also needed this month if you wish to get the tax advantage.
We usually do a lot of tax structuring around this time of year, so if you are looking at wanting to be more tax efficient give us a ring. We can also assist by helping your staff alleviate the burden of all the tax they need to pay, with some allowable salary structuring which will put more money in their pocket, a much-needed boost in these tough economic times.
New Companies for Sole Proprietors
If you opened a company to be able to trade during lockdown if you are a sole proprietor, then these now need to be closed before the end of February to avoid unnecessary returns/penalties etc. You cannot just leave these to die, as they will trip you up at some point.
